This is the shortest loop for Pakse and can be finished in just 3 days although Champasak is stunning and shouldn't be missed. This takes you through the most stunning waterfalls including Tad Lo and the 4 sisters although misses some of the nicer roads and quieter areas.

Pakse Loop Very Hard
5-6 day
490km + 92km optional
The largest and hardest of the routes through Pakse. This loop has plenty of dirt roads, bad bridges and hard riding. This is not recommended unless you are experienced and in a group as if you get a problem here it will be hard to get help. The reward for taking the hard route is that you can see Sepa waterfall and some rural dirt roads.

Pakse - 4000 Islands
3 days+
320km
Getting from Pakse to 4000 islands is quite easy. This route can take you directly to 4000 islands along the 13. The road on the West side of the river is not good after Champasak. Having a stop in Champasak to see Vat Phou on the way is highly recommended.
