The Honda CB500X is our most powerful rental bike in Vietnam. With 471cc and 47 horsepower it has more than enough power to tackle anything Vietnam can throw at you — overtaking trucks on the highway, climbing mountain passes in the north, or cruising the full length of the country with a passenger.
Comfortable for one or two riders, the CB500X handles all road types across Vietnam with confidence. ABS, front and rear disc brakes, fuel injection and side panniers with an optional rear GIVI top box mean you have everything you need for a long distance motorbike rental in Vietnam.
The GIVI top box can be removed to fit a large backpack if preferred. At 196kg with an 830mm seat height, the CB500X is the heaviest bike in our fleet — if you need something lighter with a lower seat, the Kawasaki Versys-X 300 is a great alternative.
Who is this bike for? Experienced riders who want the most capable bike available for a Vietnam motorbike rental. Ideal for the full Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City route, two-up adventure touring, or anyone heading to Ha Giang who wants maximum power and comfort.
Licence requirement: We only rent the Honda CB500X to customers with an International Driver’s Permit or a Vietnamese Driver’s Licence.
We offer an optional damage waiver and protective gear rental, available when booking.

Damage waiver
- The damage waiver covers against damage to the rental bike in the event of an accident.
- The damage waiver does not cover 3rd party damage, fire, water damage, theft, vandalism, flat tyres, personal medical / injury and loss , as well as any cost related to transporting the bike or recovering it from the police.The customer must contact us before having repairs with the damage waiver to ensure the right work is done at the right price. - Anything done without Style motorbikes’ approval is ineligible to be covered by the damage waiver. The damage waiver has to be selected before the rental starts and has to be used for all of the rental. If you opt to extend the rental then the damage waiver has to be extended as well.
- We offer the damage waiver either on a per day price, for 1 month or for 2 months. If you are over 1 month then you do a pro rata pricing based on 1 month until the 2 months price is reached.
