Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required for all rentals. You can leave either your passport or a cash deposit of $400–$1,500 depending on the bike. The deposit is fully refunded when the bike is returned in the same condition.
We accept cash in major currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD) and card payments with a 5% processing fee.

How to Book a Motorbike in Hanoi
Booking in advance is recommended, particularly during peak season (March–April and September–November) when bikes run out. The process is straightforward:
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your dates, preferred bike, and pickup location
- We confirm availability and reserve your bike
- Pay a deposit if required for longer rentals or higher-value bikes
- Collect your bike from the Hanoi shop — we’ll walk you through everything before you leave
- Return to Hanoi, or drop off at another Style Motorbikes location if booking a one-way rental
