Style Motorbikes Hanoi – Motorbike Rental

Hanoi is the original location of Style Motorbikes, this is where it all started and we rented and sold our first bikes. Since then we have grown to 5 shops in Vietnam and 3 more shops in Laos. From humble beginnings with used bikes just for sale, we now can offer a huge range of high performance bikes to rent across 2 countries in South East Asia becoming the largest motorbike shop. 

How Did It Start?

Back in 2014, Style Motorbikes started out with a small workshop and office in the centre of the old quarter of Hanoi. Offering used, cheap motorbikes and scooters for rent around Hanoi and sale for those looking to travel the country. With just a couple of staff the operator was small but the ideas were there. 

Over the years we grew with more shops, more staff, better bikes and a lot more knowledge about how to take care of customers, what they need for their trip and what they should see on the way.

Hanoi Motorbike Rental & One Way Rentals From Hanoi

Our Hanoi shop is often the starting point for customers looking to rent to explore the north of Vietnam as well as those looking to head to HCMC. Given the 2 options that customers have from Hanoi it is unsurprisingly our busiest shop with many customers setting out on any given day. 

Our first one way motorbike rental to HCMC from Hanoi was back in 2016 when we opened our HCMC shop thus could offer a start and end point at either side of the country. This is when we could start offering rentals with the Honda XR 150cc and Honda Wave 110cc. Since then we hae added the Honda CB500cc and Kawasaki Versys adventure bikes as well as our models to our fleet. You can see all the options here. 

Motorbike Servicing in Hanoi

Our Hanoi office has always been servicing bikes for locals, expats and backpackers since we started. In recent years this is less common as the number of bikes we need to service for our customers has increased . We have less time to take care of other bikes as our priority is always to ensure that our motorbikes are ready to go for our customers. 

With our own in-house mechanics we have everything we need to maintain our own bikes, whether that be when they finish one rental and need to be checked and serviced before the next, or if customers need a check up on the way before they go further north or south.

Our Staff

In Hanoi due to it being our busiest shops, it is also the shop with the largest number of shops. In total we have 5 staff working directly with our customers as they prepare to start their trips as well as all the admin, and a further 5 mechanics in our workshop making sure all of the bikes are in the best possible condition before and during the rentals. 

Many of our staff have been with us for a long time, with 3 of our Hanoi staff being with us from the very beginning. While other members have joined the Style Motorbikes family as we have grown and needed more help along the way. 

3 out of the 4 founders of Style Motorbikes are from Hanoi, so this will also be the home of Style Motorbikes. Although all 3 of these have since moved to run our other shops across Vietnam and Laos, you can still see them often back in Hanoi. 

Motorbike Protection in Hanoi & Equipment

Our Hanoi shop has a large stock of motorbike helmets, jackets, protectors and gloves as well as everything you might need for a motorbike trip. For our own customers we offer all of these items either included in the rental or as an optional extra for rent. But we do all sell motorbike safety gear in Hanoi as well.

Motorbike Routes from Hanoi

There are so many options for motorbike routes starting from Hanoi. You have the option of sticking to the north of Vietnam or you can explore Hanoi down to HCMC in the south of the country. If you have the time then you can combine routes and do it all.
