International Drivers Permit for the Ha Giang Loop & the Fine

The 1968 International Drivers Permit is needed to legally ride in Ha Giang. This needs to have a stamp for a motorbike and accompanied with the domestic motorbike license. If you do not have this then you will be fined for having no or an incorrect license.

With the Easy Rider Tour you will be free to take in all of the views of Ha Giang. You can let your driver take care of the driving and have to pay attention to the road, freeing you up to look around and take in all the views along the way.

If you are a rider then you will not want to be sat on the back of the bike for 5 mins, nevermind 3 days or more. The Ha Giang Self Drive Tour is the only way to go if you want to ride your own bike. With options of the semi auto 110cc Honda Wave, to the Honda XR 150cc or even larger cc bikes such as the Honda CB500X. 

Cheaper Option

If you have the correct license and experience then the Self Drive Ha Giang Tour is cheaper than the Easy Rider option. If you are 2 people and both go on the same bike then this makes it cheaper for both of you as neither of you need to have the Easy Rider option. 

Ha Giang Private Tour

If you want real freedom then a private Ha Giang Tour is the way to go. You can start and stop whenever you need and want. You will not be limited by the speed or experience of others.
